Terms & Conditions
Scope of Work
All services provided by Masmech Services are performed as requested by the client. It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate information regarding vehicle condition, history, and prior repairs.
Quotes & Estimates
Estimates are based on available information at the time. Actual costs may vary if further faults or parts are discovered during the repair. All work beyond the original scope will be discussed and approved prior to continuation.
Payment Terms
• Payment is due within 7 days of invoice issue date.
• Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly late fee (18% p.a.).
• If payment is not received within 30 days, Masmech Services reserves the right to suspend service.
• All repairs and fitted parts remain the property of Masmech Services until paid in full.
Cancellations & Booking Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours of a confirmed booking may incur a call-out fee. No-shows or repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.
Limitation of Liability
Masmech Services is not liable for delays due to parts availability or factors outside our control (e.g. weather, site access, breakdown en route). Responsibility for personal items and tools left inside vehicles is not assumed.
Customer Agreement
By booking a service or submitting an intake form, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
